Brenda Bell

Case Manager

Brenda was born and raised in London, Ontario. For the last 15 years she and her husband Ross are proud to call Calgary home. They have two grown children and enjoy hanging out with their 3 grandchildren. Brenda has her Chartered Insurance Professional designation from the Insurance Institute of Canada. She worked for 30 plus years in the insurance industry and is now thrilled to be balancing the power for Litco Law clients. In her leisure time Brenda enjoys reading, cooking and going to farmers markets for locally produced goods. Brenda shows Kindness in making people feel good about themselves and goes the extra mile for team members and clients.

Rachelle Steel

Manager, Case Management

Rachelle joined Litco Law in 2019 as a Case Manager. Prior to coming to the firm, she worked for over 10 years at 2 of the biggest, Canadian Based insurance companies. Her areas of expertise were auto claims and bodily injury claims. Rachelle obtained her CIP designation in 2013 and served on the Insurance Institute Board for a year. She enjoys spending her free time with her family and friends, reading, playing music, and watching true life crime documentaries. Rachelle embraces our Core Value of Empathy, which is shown in her ability to put herself in her client’s shoes. She gets excited about working to go the extra mile to ensure her client’s have the best possible experience during one of the most difficult and challenging times in their life.

Daniel Etsaghara

Case Manager

Daniel joined Litco Law in 2017 as a Case Manager. Prior to joining the firm, he worked for numerous years as an Insurance Adjuster. He obtained his Bachelor of Science in Insurance from the University of Lagos, Nigeria in 2010, his Chartered Insurance Professional (CIP) designation in 2017 and his Canadian Risk Management (CRM) designation in 2018. He is committed to developing his skills and expertise in personal injury matters and goes above and beyond in assisting clients in all areas of their claims, including providing expert advice on property and Section B claims. Daniel enjoys staying active, world travelling and watching his favorite soccer team – Manchester United. He also enjoys volunteering and giving back to his Community. Daniel espouses our Core Value – Empathy. This is evidenced by his passion to provide an absolute top class service experience to every client.

Abdi Nur

Case Manager

Abdi is a Case Manager here at Litco Law. He has over 10 years of experience in Insurance and Customer Service. When he isn’t glued to a computer screen, Abdi spends his time with his family, working out, and watching NBA games. Abdi embraces our core value Empathy; this is evident by the extra time he takes to better understand our clients perspective and make a better assessment of the situation.

Ashley Kosowan

Case Manager

Ashley is a born and raised Edmontonian! She joined the Litco Law team in February 2020, bringing over 10 years of experience in the insurance industry with her. In her free time, she likes to spend time with family, friends, and her two dogs and loves trying new recipes and catching a hockey game! Ashley is a champion of our core value of Empathy and practices this by working hard to truly understand each client's feelings and circumstances so she can respond to their individual needs.

Alison McIntyre

Case Manager

Alison was born and raised in Calgary, AB. She has prior work experience in the fitness industry where she specialized in leadership and client care. She enjoys spending her free time with her friends and family, and as well as instructing yoga and indoor cycling classes at various studios around the city. Alison demonstrates our core value Kindness by striving to always be attentive, thoughtful and genuine to the clients and her teammates.

Anna Orlicz

Case Manager

Anna was born in Ukraine moved to Edmonton at a young age. She attended the University of Alberta where she graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Chemistry. She is currently working towards her Chartered Insurance Professional designation. Anna spent many years working in the hospitality industry and eventually transitioned into insurance in 2016. Anna loves to spend quality time with her small family, fur children and enjoys yoga. Anna embraces our core value of Empathy by connecting with clients on a personal level as she can relate to the hardships that being involved in a motor vehicle accident brings.

Marlowe Hinolan

Case Manager

Marlowe was born and raised in Edmonton. He joined Litco Law as a Case Manager in July 2021 bringing 10 years of experience in the insurance industry; 6 of which were spent handling bodily injury claims. He completed the Insurance and Risk Management program at Grant MacEwan in 2011 and obtained his CIP designation in 2013. Marlowe enjoys traveling, snowboarding, golfing, and spending time with friends and family. Marlowe embraces our core value of Empathy by understanding our clients are going through a difficult time and providing guidance throughout the claims process to provide peace of mind to clients.

Brad Baptist

Case Manager

Born and raised in Calgary, Brad joined Litco Law in 2023. Prior to joining the firm, he worked as a defence Bodily Injury Adjuster with an insurance company for 8 years and then spent the last 12 years as a plaintiff Bodily Injury Adjuster at the Workers' Compensation Board of Alberta. He obtained his Chartered Insurance Professional (CIP) designation in 2021. Brad loves spending quality time with his family, enjoys playing guitar, and creating music. Lindsey Oliver

Case Manager

Lindsey was born and raised on Georgian Bay in Ontario. She moved to Alberta after graduating university, spending her initial years in finance and hospitality before moving to the insurance industry where she obtained her CIP designation and several years of experience as a personal injury adjuster. In her downtime, she loves reading, camping, watching sports as well as anything to do with the water. As she has moved back to Ontario, she also spends a lot of time with her family. Lindsey embraces our core value Ask Why by always striving to dig deeper into a problem to find a fresh solution and deliver a second to none experience for our clients.

Cam Poitras

Case Manager

Cam was born and raised in Calgary and joined Litco Law in 2023. Prior to joining the firm, he worked as a defense Bodily Injury Adjuster with an insurance company for eight years, followed by five years as a plaintiff Bodily Injury Adjuster at the Workers' Compensation Board of Alberta. He brings over 10 years of experience from both Defense/Plaintiff sides. In his free time, Cam likes to keep active by going to the gym, playing hockey, squash, and dodgeball. He also loves to give back to the community and coach kids hockey. Cam leads with our Core Value of Kindness with clients, team members, and everyone he encounters.
