Calgary, AB – Litco Law is extremely proud to announce that the Honourable Virgil P. Moshansky, C.M., Q.C., LL.B. is joining the firm as counsel.
Mr. Moshansky is a retired Justice of the Court of Queen’s Bench of Alberta, former three-term mayor of Vegreville, Alberta, and an accomplished pilot. He was appointed to head the Dryden commission of inquiry into the 1989 crash of Air Ontario Flight 1363. His team’s exhaustive investigation resulted in Transport Canada making revolutionary changes to aircraft de-icing procedures, saving countless lives. He received the Order of Canada in 2005.
Respected and admired in the legal and aviation communities, Mr. Moshansky’s counsel will be invaluable to the Litwiniuk team and the firm’s clients.
