Stacey Soto

Client Solutions Specialist

Stacey was born and raised in Calgary and began her career in nursing. She always found great passion in the work of helping individuals and making a difference in her community. Driven by her commitment to advocacy, she transitioned to a career in Client Solutions to continue making a difference by directly supporting and empowering clients. As a Client Solutions Specialist, Stacey finds fulfillment in identifying effective solutions for clients and contributing to the community in meaningful ways. Beyond her role at Litco Law, Stacey is an avid traveler, having explored over 17 countries. Of all her travels, Tokyo, Japan holds a special place in her heart. Kate Croxton

Manager, Client Solutions

Kate first joined Litco Law in 2017 as a Case Manager and later moved into our Client Solutions Lead role in 2021. She worked in insurance for over 10 years prior to coming to our firm. Kate enjoys spending her free time with friends and family, going to barre class, reading and enjoying a sunny patio in the summer. She demonstrates kindness by really listening to and caring about our clients as well as taking the time to explain the claims process thoroughly.

Marie-Lynn Grigg

Client Solutions Specialist

Marie-Lynn was born and raised in the rural area surrounding Calgary, gaining valuable public relations and marketing experience in the service sector before relocating to Calgary in pursuit of a post secondary degree in business administration. Marie-Lynn is an avid reader, contemporary dancer, and traveler with ambitions to complete a tour of Europe in coming years. She is also a mediocre but very enthusiastic cook and baker of health conscious treats in her spare time. She continuously strives to embody our Core Value of Empathy by dedicating her time spent with our clients to ensuring they receive the most compassionate care possible.

Alyssa Chubey

Client Solutions Coach

Alyssa was born is Selkirk, Manitoba and recently relocated to Calgary after spending the last few years living in and exploring Australia and New Zealand. She is passionate about traveling and is always looking to plan her next big adventure. In her spare time she can be found at the gym, participating in various recreational sports, reading and trying out new and exciting restaurants around Calgary. April Sullivan

Client Solutions Specialist

April moved to Calgary from Ontario and joined the Litco team in August of 2021. At the time of joining the Litco team, she had recently graduated from Queen’s University with a Bachelor of Arts with Honours in Sociology. During her time at university, she particularly enjoyed learning about how the legal system interacts with society. Her previous work experience stems from the retail sector and telecommunications where she uncovered her passion for extending help to others. In her spare time, April enjoys reading, meditating, watching crime documentaries, and exploring the city of Calgary as a new resident! April closely identifies with Litco’s core value of Kindness by ensuring that everyone feels listened to and always trying to make them smile with her enthusiastic and upbeat attitude.

Shannon Lin

Shannon was born and raised in Edmonton, Alberta, and has a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance and a minor in Criminology from Simon Fraser University in Vancouver, BC. Since her return to Edmonton, this combination has led her toward experiences in the non-profit, arts, film, and legal industries. Shannon continues to fuel her passion for dance as a dance instructor and enjoys creating new projects, spending time with friends and family, running, trying out new restaurants and recipes, and travelling. Shannon embraces our core value of Kindness by striving to uplift others and believes it should be at the heart of every interaction.

Janaya Dunn

Janaya was born in Medicine Hat, Alberta, and has proudly called Calgary her home for the last 10 years. She graduated from Mount Royal University in 2021, obtaining a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Criminal Justice with honours and a minor in Political Science. In her free time, you’ll find Janaya snowboarding, hiking, and spending time with her dogs, Harley and Axle. She enjoys reading thrillers, listening to true crime podcasts, and volunteering in the community. Janaya embraces our core values of empathy and kindness by always going the extra mile. Rachelle Hucal

Rachelle was raised in the country just outside the small town of Bashaw and now lives in Lethbridge with her husband, daughter, and their Pomeranian. Prior to joining Litco Law, she graduated from Lethbridge College with a Diploma in Exercise Science and has worked in the fitness industry as a personal trainer and class instructor for almost 10 years. Rachelle enjoys being active and spending time outdoors, as well as staying in to enjoy a coffee and watch a movie with loved ones. Rachelle embraces our core values of Kindness and Empathy by taking the time to listen to others, show compassion, and help improve client experience in any way she can.

Serena Grimm

Serena was born and raised in Calgary, AB. She completed her Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice with a minor in Psychology at Mount Royal University. Following her education, she gained experience within the legal industry and non-profit sector, where she developed a passion for supporting individuals facing the justice system. In her free time, she enjoys painting, reading, playing soccer, and spending time with family and friends. Serena embraces our Core Value of Empathy by encouraging others to share their perspectives and being open to analyzing situations from these shared outlooks. She does this by cultivating a comfortable and positive environment by making space for others to feel heard.

Maria Nica

Client Solutions Receptionist

Maria was born in Romania and is fluent in both Romanian and English. After moving at the age of seven, she now calls Calgary home. Maria recently graduated from the University of Calgary with a Bachelor of Science in Anthropology. Outside of academics and work, Maria enjoys fitness and dedicating free time to volunteering at an animal shelter. At home, Maria cherishes time with her two dogs and cat, often in the company of her newest book of choice. She embodies the Core Value of “Own It” through self-reflection, accountability, and always welcoming feedback for personal growth.
